Description
The Strategic Plan of the Institute for a Racially Just, Inclusive, and Open STEM Education (RIOS Institute) shares the organization's vision and mission to help deliver truly Open Education and Open STEM Education for undergraduates centered on social justice. In this document the RIOS Institute details the systemic levers of change that must be targeted in order to deliver Open Education and the strategic pillars available to the RIOS Institute to support leaders and instructors to bring about OER and open STEM Education within their institutions.
