Travel - Airports
There are 3 airports near the University of New Hampshire. Boston-Logan Airport is about a 50 minute drive from campus, but accessible via Amtrak. Amtrak Downeaster offers a direct line from Boston's North Station to Durham, NH. However, there is no direct route from the airport to the Amtrak station so using a ride sharing app will be the easiest way. There are public transit options available too (check out MBTA Silver Line, Orange or Green line subway options). Additionally, you can check out C and J Bus Line that can bring you from Boston-Logan Airport to Portsmouth, NH.
The other airport options are Portsmouth Regional Airport which is the closest, about a 20 minute drive from campus and Manchester-Boston Regional Airport is about 40 minutes from campus. Portsmouth and Manchester Airports to campus are more easily accessible via ride sharing apps (Uber and Lyft). UNH Wildcat Transit (reduced 4A/4B routes) does provide limited routes from Portsmouth to campus but does not have a stop near the airport.
