Applicants must be able to attend all of the online meetings, including a virtual kick-off meeting in mid-to late September and small group meetings every other week from October to early December, at a time convenient for participants. We encourage instructors from all backgrounds and institution types to apply. The discussions and ideas become greatly enriched with participants from a diversity of experiences. 

The application collects basic contact and institutional information and includes answers to the following questions:

• Why are you interested in participating in the EDDIE Faculty Mentoring Network?
• Why are you interested in implementing EDDIE modules into our teaching?
• What learning environment do you plan on implementing your modules (e.g. online, hybrid, face-to-face?)
• Describe your experiences using data in your teaching. Include challenges you have faced and strategies you have used to engage your students in working with data. (250 words max)

Once accepted into the Network, participants should commit to the following:

• Participate in the full FMN (September-December)
• Implement at least one of the selected modules in their course(s)
• Share instructor story and implementation materials on the BioQUEST/QUBES Hub and Project EDDIE website

It is important that all participants are able to commit to the full experience. The greatest benefits of these experiences are generated in the interactions with colleagues.
