The Populus software may be downloaded here.

On the "Download Populus" page, scroll to the bottom and click on Version 5.5.

This software version is compatible with all operating systems. Save the executable jar file "PopulusAll.jar" to your computer. Navigate to the folder where the file saved. Click on the file to open the software.

NOTE: Populus software requires Java. See this page to download Java.
